We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join our Global Business Unit team as Regional Sales Director in Colombia (located in Bogota).

Our Global Business Unit contains a highly skilled, talented and creative people, and you will become a part of a dynamic and super fun company.


You are:

A person with proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. You are a team player! Were all about working together and sharing ideas!


You will:

  •  Establish and manage new leads, creating sales opportunities and nurturing them all the way to deal closing.
  • Identify and develop the local market and a new business opportunities with partners and customers.
  • Manage sales and relationships with our end-users, consultants and integrators and travel within the territory as much as needed.
  • Hands-on customer facing role - leading demos and pilots including integration with other systems.


  • You previously worked in international sales roles in security companies for at least 4 - 6 years.
  • You have proven experience with establishing distribution channels, local partners, local integrators and their accreditation.
  • ·You have previously worked with integrative projects and services which combine software/hardware/ communications/sensors. 
  • You are experienced with software licenses, SLA, support & maintenance contracts.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • You up to multiple flights over the region.

It will also be nice if:

  • You have Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Economics/ Marketing.
  • You have experience with HLS.
