About The Position

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales initiatives in the security industry in Israel.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing new leads, creating sales opportunities and nurturing them all the way to deal closing. 
  • Hands-on & customer facing role. Leading demos and complex pilots including integration with other systems.
  •  Deepening commercial ties with existing and new customers.
  •  Meeting business development and sales targets in the territory.
  • Working with end users and with local industries and business partners.
  • Remuneration structure: Base salary, enhanced incentive plans, allowance payments, business expenses  

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Business Development and Sales role at the Israeli Defense Market A MUST
  • Experience in Video / Image analysis products - An advantage. 
  • Experience in software licenses, SLA, support & maintenance pricing methods and contracts, etc
  • Previous experience in the Homeland Security - A Major Advantage.
  • Experience with establishing distribution channels, local partners, local integrator and their accreditation.
  • Experience in integrative projects/services combining software/hardware/ communications/sensors
  • English – Fluent
