About The Position

AnyVision is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 in order to solve real-world problems.

We have recently closed out our Series A with 74M and are looking to continue our rapid growth by bringing on a highly passionate, determined and experienced SaaS/Emerging Software Senior Sales Director to join our “A(i)” business unit.

You Will: Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers (quota carrying) by managing and mentoring them as well as work with them on the large/strategical deals. You will inspire and motivate a team of high performing RSM's to achieve their sales goals and work with them to be promoted through our sales system.


  • You will execute on your team’s plan to meet or exceed revenue quota
  • You will support your RSM's (3-5 initially) on their overall professional development, selling skills (discovery calls, deal execution, negotiations, etc.) and guide them in improving behavioral skills needed for the role (effective communication, problem solving, time management)
  • You will develop and maintain a set of metrics to track progress and success of the team, and review those metrics with senior management to ensure we're improving.
  • You are an effective communicator and inspiring leader, your team's success is your motivation, you love to coach and have impeccable leadership skills; people want to follow you!
  • Meet with key clients with your RSMs to maintain relationships and negotiate/close deals


  • 3-5 years in a field sales management function, with experience and shown performance as a people manager of Field Enterprise AEs/RSMs.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast paced startup environments
  • A depth of knowledge across Emerging Software (AI/ML), SaaS, or cybersecurity is necessary while experience across cameras or video is a plus
  • A natural ability to collaborate and working with cross-functional teams to optimize for company outcomes
  • 5+ yrs experience successfully selling SaaS and/or subscription-based software as an individual contributor with a proven success record
  • A deep understanding of what it takes to hire, ramp up, and lead an early-stage sales teams to a high level of performance
  • Travel may be up to 50% throughout the East Coast
