About The Position

AnyVision is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 in order to solve real-world problems.

After closing $74Million in our Series A, we are looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Director to work out of our NYC office and support our rapidly growing North America business.


You Are a strong negotiator able to take an obscure idea and put it down in a written proposal with a clear business and pricing model. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage the US Business Unit price proposal process including formalizing/reviewing/approving outbound quotations, complex price proposals, and tender responses. 
  • Manage the US commercial engagements within our partners' ecosystem including, but not limited to Hardware providers, System Integrators, OEM'S etc.  
  • Act as an adviser for the US sales and delivery teams on day to day commercial aspects.
  • Support the sales and delivery team from Lead/Opportunity to PO and contract as well as from negotiation to pricing, bidding, T&C's, payment terms and sales follow-up.
  • Contact new customers, initiate projects and work closely with the sales, product and marketing teams of our entire AnyVision organisation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in commercial management, preferably in software for Security, Retail or IT.
  • Law / Economics or equivalent degree - MUST.
  • Experience in large and complex deals negotiations, structure and review of complex price proposals, from cost analysis to deal structure and contract execution.
  • Experience in software sales and delivery, enterprise license agreements, SLA, support & maintenance contracts, etc - MUST
  • Willingness to travel as necessary throughout the US
  • Experienced in formalizing and negotiating commercial partnerships agreements - OEM’s, Resellers etc. - MUST
