Regional Sales Director Indochina


About The Position

The Regional Sales Director will manage sales and relationships with Customers (end-users, consultants and integrators) in the Indochina region. The main role is to develop and identify new business opportunities, increase revenues and ensure coordination with corporate headquarters located in Israel. Extensive travel within the region maybe required.


· Establishing and managing the partnerships in the region from locating the partner, through its authorization, building a work plan, planning with execution and creating a current sales panel.

. Uncover customer needs, respond to RFI, RFQ, prepare quotes and write proposals.

· Deepening commercial ties with existing and new customers. From negotiation to pricing, bidding and sales follow-up.

· Meeting business development and sales targets in the assigned region by building pipelines, preparing forecasts, budgets, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.


· 4 - 6 years experience in business development and sales in Indochina.

. Proven ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to close.

. Ability to position the Company, its products and services vis-a-vis competitors.

. Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers.

. Ability to work in a complex sales environment at all levels.

. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.

. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.

· Experience with Video / Image analysis – a plus.

· Experience in integrative projects/services combining software/hardware/ communications/sensors – a plus

· Experience in software licenses, SLA, support & maintenance pricing methods and contracts, etc – a plus.
