About The Position

The Product Solutions Director is a product expert responsible for translating AnyVision’s product strategy into defined solutions, prototypes, scope, and timelines that meet specific customer requirements. Taking a creative, collaborative and customer-centric approach to providing foundational services and customized solutions to customers, the role will deepen customer relationships through successful engagements and multi-product integrations.

 

Reporting to the US Delivery Lead, the Product Solutions Director will provide deep, specialized in-region technical consultation and implementation support to help customers attain their business goals, while building long-term capabilities. This highly technical, hands-on role requires thought leadership, innovative solutions, and the ability to design complex engagements. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and serve as a bridge across AnyVision’s functions, partnering closely with Delivery, Sales, Product and Engineering teams to realize fast time-to-market execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evangelizes AnyVision’s product strategy and the power of our solutions
  • Flawlessly architects solutions for customers based on their business goals through an expert understanding of integrations across AnyVision’s product suite
  • Develops and delivers differentiated custom demonstrations and presentations to key customers’ decision makers to address their unique business issues and needs
  • Responds to RFIs/RFPs and manages the end-to-end submission process
  • Collaborates with Product Solutions Lead (located in ISR), Product Managers, Delivery and Engineering to distill key customer requirements to bring ideas into production
  • Leads Proof of Concept for multiple products in customer labs to validate solutions
  • Develops solution pricing and positioning strategies
  • Provides prompt and professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Partners with Product Management, Delivery and Engineering during the end-to-end development, launch and continuing refinement of AnyVision’s products
  • Works as a team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge with a variety of internal audiences to drive solution depth and differentiation
  • Maintains industry, AnyVision product, and customer knowledge to provide successful technical consultations

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of functioning well in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Proven experience in gathering and transforming customers’ business needs into an actionable product solutions plan
  • Proven experience and success with responding to RFIs/RFPs
  • Proven track record for managing all aspects of a successful product solution throughout its full lifecycle
  • Proven expertise and success in Professional Services, Customer Success (technical), Product Management, or Solutions Architecture (4+ years)
  • Solid technical experience with an understanding of web-based technologies, security solutions or AI software
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively manage strategic technical discussions with C-level stakeholders (Business, Marketing, Development, etc.)
  • Customer-centric with a passion to help AnyVision customers succeed and get the most value out of our products
  • Preferred familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others both inside and outside of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge / experience with various industries, including but not limited to, financial services, retail, government, casinos, hospitality and entertainment, healthcare, education, oil & gas/Utilities, and transportation
