About The Position

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person (located in Macao) to join our Global Delivery Unit team as Technical Services Manager in Macao.

Our Global Delivery Unit contains a highly skilled, talented and creative people, and you will become a part of a dynamic and super fun company.

 You are:

A  person with proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details. You are a team player, and all about working together and sharing ideas!

 

You will:

·        Prepare and deliver technical presentations while explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

·        Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.

·        Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

·        Use customer feedback and insights in order to improve our products, technical best practices and technical materials.

·        Collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Managers teams to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities.

·        Provide hands-on/certification training to technical staff/certified partners to ensure a competent and effective workforce.

·        Train customers on best practices, useful features, and opportunities to optimize performance.

·        Serve as the customer advocate for timely resolution of issues and facilitate communication between customers, Sales, and Engineering.

·        Liaise internal and external team to develop tactical plans in order to deliver professional services.

·        Plan and implement projects.

·        Help define project scopes, goals, deliverable and required resources.

 

Requirements

·      You previously worked at least 3 years at the CCTV industry.

·      You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in computer engineering or related discipline.

·      You are experienced in Linux environment.

·      You have project management skills.


It will also be nice if:

·      A Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

·      You have experience with HLS.

·      You are a Red Hat certified
