About The Position

AnyVision is a world-leading computer vision company that provides unique technology in the field of advanced face, body and object recognition (1:N).

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced with CCTV software project manager for Thailand region to join our team and manage company's projects in this area (Indochina region).

The project manager will lead and manage technological-operational projects, pilots, field testing, POs, system installations, workshops etc. 

The project manager will take part in defining the company's product and it's technical specifications and will lead the projects technological roadmap. He/She will work closely with the company's business development managers and will have direct contact with the company's clients worldwide.



·        Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers

·        Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements

·        Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

·        Use customer feedback and insights to improve our products, technical best practices, and technical materials. Provide feedback to Product Management teams and R&D.

·        Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities, as well as new business with existing accounts.

·        Provide hands-on/certification training to technical staff/certified partners to ensure a competent and effective workforce

·        Train customers on best practices, useful features, and opportunities to optimize performance.

·        Serve as the customer advocate for timely resolution of issues and facilitate communication between customers, Sales, and Engineering.

·        Liaise internal/external team to develop tactical plans for the delivery of professional services

·        Plan and implement projects

·        Help define project scope, goals, deliverables and required resources

·        Maintain documentation and proper records of work operations and decisions taken

·        Present reports of work operations to company management in order to provide information useful in taking key business decisions

·        The role also involves conducting assessments to ensure software and hardware components are up-to-date and liaising with customers to maintain software upgrades.

·        As part of the responsibilities, technical service managers maintain proper records of technical and procedural operations.

·        Ensure availability of operational/efficient work units and resources and oversee the maintenance of system software and hardware.

·        Work diligently with our technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, replicating customer problems as needed

·        Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure restoration of useful information in event of a system failure.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience at the CCTV industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in computer engineering or related discipline.
  • Experienced in Linux environment.
  • Red Hat certified is a plus.
  • Project management skills.
