Bookkeeper and Payroll Controller

About The Position

We are looking for a Bookkeeper and payroll controller to join our global Finance Team.


1.    Pay supplier/contractor invoices in a timely manner per the company policy

2.      Collect all information from the vendors ( bank confirmation, invoice)  to endure tax compliance  

3.      Payroll expert (pay split, 161, SS)

5.      expenses reimbursement review and approval according the company policy

6.    Issue invoices to customer.

9.    Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account

10. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy

11.  FA reconciliation 

13. Maintain the chart of account base to the company consolidation requirement

14.  Provide clerical and administrative support to management as request.


  • 5-10 years of experience with payroll (Michpal -advantage)
  • Experience with priority /net-suite- advantage
  • Type 3 bookkeeper + payroll certificate form the Israel CPA or labor.
