About The Position

AnyVision, is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 to solve real-world problems.

We are a fast growing company seeking a talented and experienced person (located in Singapore) to join our Global HR team in Singapore.

Our HR/People department consists of generous, people-oriented HR partners, and requires a pleasant, motivated and talented person, with a natural human-relationships approach. This person will take part in achieving the company's business strategies.

You are:

You will:

  • Be responsible for E2E recruiting cycle and activities among executive hiring managers (screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining strong relationships with the hiring managers and managing an enhanced candidate experience). 
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers by executing the intake process to understand business objectives.
  • Source candidates using various sourcing methods to fill open positions.
  • Take part in addressing the full employee life cycle and experience within the company.
  • Be responsible for implementing all HR initiatives for the global teams.
  • Be responsible for onboarding new hires and offboarding employees.
  • Be responsible for onboarding new employees, including procurement of work equipment and name cards and liaising on all onboarding schedule, office credentials, etc.
  • Oversee Office Administration, which includes but is not limited to liaising with suppliers, requisition of office and pantry supplies, hotel reservations, sorting of mail.
  • Work closely with the HQ Finance team in all matters relating to payments.


  • You previously worked in a similar role - for at least 3 years.
  • You must be fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
  • You have strong sourcing and recruitment skills and have proven sourcing expertise.
  • Previous experience with EP procedures with MOM -Must!
  • You previously worked in the global Hi-Tech industry in an HR role and worked closely with executive managers.
