About The Position

AnyVision, is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 to solve real-world problems.

We are a fast growing company seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (out of NYC) to join our Global HR team.

Our HR/People department consists of generous, people-oriented HR partners, and requires a pleasant, motivated and talented person, with a natural human-relationships approach. This person will take part in achieving the company's business strategies.

You will:

  • Be responsible for E2E HR cycle and activities among executive managers
  • Take part in addressing the full employee life cycle and experience within the company.
  • Be responsible for implementing all HR initiatives for the global teams.
  • Be responsible for on-boarding new employees, specifically across North America
  • Build deep relationships with executives, business leaders, and people managers by providing proactive support on organisational and people-related strategy
  • Understand the business challenges to help address the organisation and talent needs
  • Partner with business on organisational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment and development
  • Arm your business leaders with the tools necessary to lead through change as we scale
  • Actively participate in the key leadership teams as a partner to the business
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
  • Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organisational health on topics such as retention, employee experience, etc.
  • Partner with the business to design and execute people programs (E.g. Talent Review, Succession Planning, D&I, Performance Reviews)
  • Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests


  • You previously worked in a similar role - for at least 3 years.
  • You previously worked in the global Hi-Tech industry in an HR role and worked closely with executive managers.
