Job description:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities E2E, partnership with hiring managers, key agencies and interviewing.
  • Screen candidates by conducting interviews by phone, in-person and web-based interview methods
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Enhance superb candidate experience, maintain relationships and communication for both managers and candidates through the interviewing process.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers by executing the in-take process to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions
  • Source candidates using various sourcing methods to fill open positions.
  • Employee Experience - taking part in addressing the full employee life cycle within the company.


  • 3 + years experience in recruitment (both technology and commercial positions)
  • Strong technical sourcing and recruitment skills.
  • Proven sourcing expertise
  • Previous experience in conducting phone and face to face interviews (Hi Tech companies - an advantage).
  • Experienced in working in a global organization
  • Communicative, Excellent team player
  • Fluent English
  • Relevant academic degree - An advantage.
  • Experienced with global recruitment – A major advantage.
