Training and Certification Manager - Singapore

About The Position

AnyVision is a world-leading computer vision company that provides unique technology in the field of advanced face, body and object recognition (1:N).

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced project manager to join our team and manage company's projects globally. 

As the Training & Certification Manager, you will be responsible for having and acquiring a deep understanding of AnyVision’s technology along with the ecosystem that the company sits in, both at the international and local level, and work closely with the countries’ leadership to help plan and execute a comprehensive development framework. Your role is in the center of the company, working with each department to ultimately build out a proper and innovative framework for AnyVision’s certification programs.

This role will be an essential representation of AnyVision when you are out on the field so organizational and communication skills at a high level is a must. To be successful in this position, you must be highly organized and creative, be comfortable with executing programs to clients in English and maintain a healthy balance of professionalism.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain a pipeline of training opportunities and provide regular forecasts;
  • Train AnyVision’s partners on the value propositions around the company to accelerate end-user adoption;
  • Conduct training needs assessments with key partners and end users;
  • Create & nurture certification partnerships by working closely with Product and Business to determine certification requirements;
  • Build detailed training proposals and plans to help accelerate adoption of AnyVision’s products;
  • Partner with the Knowledge team to represent AnyVision’s Training & Certification within the company and industry events;
  • Articulate and train the Account Management team on compelling value propositions around our training to accelerate customer adoption;
  • Drive training engagements at the CXO level as well as with Line of Business Leaders across complex organizations;
  • Report to the company’s Head of Knowledge with alignment to the Country Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce/HR or equivalent
  • Min 10-15 years’ relevant experience in Training Portfolio Management, , Talent Management, Change Management and Organisation Development
  • Able to prepare training course materials, presentation and delivery of technical courses
  • Strong technical, account management, Pre-Sales experience in AI industry preferred
  • Possess Microsoft certification, MCT and MCSD, C/C++, C#, Core Java, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, ASP/ASP.Net, Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
