SEM Specialist


About The Position

  • Build and maintain an SEO/SEM framework, keeping pace with search, social media, and digital marketing trends.
  • Reviews and manage all page tagging and consistently analyzes changing opportunities and trends in search engine algorithms and important keywords.
  • Manage provider and location local listings in Google and other data aggregators to ensure optimal local search visibility.
  • Organize and manage the reporting and analytics of digital initiatives including SEO/SMO
  •  Execute search engine optimization tactics, including on-page SEO, local SEO, blogging, link building, and more.
  •    Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Develops strategies and create plans to consistently improve organic search results.
  •    Analyze web analytics and visitor behavior and trends to offer suggestions, improvements, and optimizations.
  •  Consistently push innovation with ongoing testing of existing and emerging technology and opportunities. Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices.
  • Analyzes and monitors competitive landscape.
  • Partner with agencies to evaluate current search efforts and builds the future road- map.


·   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent

·      Three plus years of related SEO/SEM experience

·      Demonstrated technical knowledge of SEO strategies/tactics

·      Ability to research and prioritize organic keywords

·      Ability to set up analytics platforms and tracking

·      Experience with web analytics and SEO tools

·      Proficiency in HTML, CSS and web site coding languages

·      Proven organizational and communication skills

·      Demonstrated abilities as a proactive, consultative, results-oriented and problem solver

·      Strong work ethic, capacity for large scale of work, multi-tasking
