About The Position

We are seeking a full-time office manager to join our expanding team. You will be personable and approachable and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

·      Scheduling meetings

·      Managing stock and ordering/purchasing office and kitchen supplies

·      Procurement of computing equipment, food, and refreshments for employees and guests.

·      Working closely with the Israeli Finance team in all matters relating to payments

·      Answering/transferring phone calls

·      Greet external visitors/candidates/clients by answering the buzzer/door upon arrival to the office and making them feel welcome throughout their visit

·      Managing efficient suppliers list for a convenient procurement process

·      First point of contact with office building for repairs, cleaning company, or any miscellaneous issues in the suite

·      Processing incoming/outgoing mail

·      Identifying and booking travel and accommodation options

·      Managing off site restaurant reservations for client visits, etc.

·      Registering employees for events/conferences

·      Arranging Professional Meetups and Social Get-Togethers

·      Other administrative tasks as may be reasonably requested

·      Manage and prepare local marketing activities

·      Support the sales teams with proactive marketing initiatives around customer profiling

·      Support the sales team with activities around key events in the UK and Europe

·      Support the business with different local tasks regarding all business functions 

Requirements

·      At least 1 years’ experience working as an office manager for a similar role.

·      Experience in Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).

·      Experience working with Google mail/Docs/Sheets/Forum.

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills

·      Excellent interpersonal skills

·      Multitasking abilities and working under pressure.
