About The Position

We are seeking a full-time office manager to join our expanding team and expanding office!

You Are: personable and approachable and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing stock and ordering/purchasing office and kitchen supplies
  • Procurement of computing equipment, food, and refreshments for employees and guests.
  • Working closely with the Israeli Finance team in all matters relating to payments
  • Answering/transferring phone calls
  • Greet external visitors/candidates/clients by answering the buzzer/door upon arrival to the office and making them feel welcome throughout their visit
  • Managing efficient suppliers list for a convenient procurement process
  • First point of contact with office building for repairs, cleaning company, or any miscellaneous issues in the suite
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Identifying and booking travel and accommodation options
  • Managing off site restaurant reservations for client visits, etc.
  • Registering employees for events/conferences
  • Arranging Professional Meetups and Social Get-Togethers
  • Other administrative tasks as may be reasonably requested
  • Manage and prepare local marketing activities
  • Support the sales teams with proactive marketing initiatives around customer profiling
  • Support the sales team with activities around key events in the US
  • Support the business with different local tasks regarding all business functions 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an office manager within a fast paced, start-up
  • Experience in Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
  • Experience working with Google mail/Docs/Sheets/Forum.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on the feet and thrive in the ever changing environment of a hypergrowth start-up
  • Multitasking abilities and working under pressure.
