About The Position

  •  provide support and assist in administration duties for AnyVision customer support CRM system (SalesForce).
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  •  Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience across the entire end-to-end flow
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Measure and report performance of CRM campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and present compelling and creative recommendations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies using Salesforce CRM
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Educate various teams on trends in content consumption, communities, and creation
  • Ensure Distributors, Preferred Members and Retail Customers are taken into consideration for all campaigns
  • Create and track quotes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Extensive experience using, implementing and consulting around Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to manage medium or large scale projects throughout entire lifecycle.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural and written).
  • Superior client relationship skills and ability to focus on multiple client needs simultaneously

Technical Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified
  • Well-versed on marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across email, direct mail, social, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of APIs..
