Lead UX Product Designer

About The Position

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join our “A(i)” Product Team as a Lead UX Product Designer.

Our Product Team contains a high skilled, talented and creative peoples, and will become a part of a dynamic and fast company. Who will be responsible for the product's design that delivers the company’s vision and strategy.

You are:

Passion for design and a strong command of visual design capabilities, including patterns, layout and composition, information hierarchy, typography, and color. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Independent. Creative thinking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

You will:

  • Define the UX process for an internal team (of local and remote) UI/UX designers.
  • Lead a team of several designers to support design efforts across a suite of products.
  • Collaborate with Development and Product Management teams to align UX process with their respective processes.
  • Work with Product teams to support Product Discovery efforts.
  • Validate implementation to ensure that design meets business needs.
  • Use UX research strategies and frameworks to make decisions about design (Information Architecture, Wireframing, User Testing, etc.)
  • Create storyboards, wireframes and mockups, design interactions and flows through the application and assist in creating UI/UX prototypes.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience as a UX Designer - for at least 6 + years.
  • You have proven experience leading design teams - for at least 3 + years.
  • You have experience as a “Full Stack” designer – strong UI and visual skills, big picture UX and product design thinking, interaction design
  • You are fluent in prototyping software such as Sketch, Axure RP, Adobe XD and Adobe Suite etc.
  • You have Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, networking, presentation and negotiation skills
  • You have outstanding conceptual design skills and familiarity with high-level artifacts (scenarios, personals, flow diagrams, etc.)
  • You must be fluent in English.

It will also be nice if: 

  • You are familiar with design and international, desktop application design and designing enterprise or business-facing products preferred.
  • You hold Academic or Professional courses in Graphic Design/User Experience Design or similar relevant field.
