We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join our “A(i)” Product team focused on our commercial focused analytics platform, Insights. Our platform can generate powerful insights about your customers opening new business verticals and sources of revenue to your company.

The Director of Product Line - Insights is responsible for evaluating business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive landscape. Applies broad knowledge of company product capabilities and solution offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solutions.


Reporting to the Vice President of Products, you will create a product vision and translate product strategy into detailed requirements, working closely with Product Owners, designers and engineers to create products, and validate early product definitions with customers/users to ensure strong product/market fit. The role will leverage technical expertise and extensive industry experience to continue to formulate and evolve product strategies and identify new product opportunities. You will partner closely with sales and marketing to articulate value proposition and execute go-to-market planning, and serve as the overall primary point of contact for cross-functional teams across Product Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap for the product area, taking into account business goals, data analysis, and a clear understanding of user needs; present roadmap updates to customers on a periodic basis
  • Product Requirements: Market/Customer/User facing to gather feedback and identify market needs through customer visits, workshops, storyboards, surveys, and usability studies; define and organize detailed product requirements for the development team to deliver products/features against the roadmap; understand buyer personas for go-to-market planning
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product from discovery to release, working closely with Product Owners, designers, engineers, and business owners for release planning, product specification and requirements, general support of development activities, regulatory compliance, and participate in rollout activities. Develops project plans designed to address customer/user needs and/or expand market share
  • Competitive Analysis & Go-to-Market: Evaluate competitive products and solutions and help establish positioning, core messaging, pricing, licensing, and ROI
  • Communication: Own and sell the product roadmap, priorities and requirements for the product area to multiple internal stakeholders. Serve as product expert for feedback, questions, and troubleshooting. Ensure stakeholders are aware of project status, enhancements, and risks/challenges
  • Analytics and Testing: Conduct user analysis and market research to make informed product decisions using quantitative and qualitative data


  • Experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of functioning well in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • 5+ years of experience in product management around cybersecurity, software or analytics with deep knowledge of product lifecycle management
  • Experience using agile methodologies to deliver products
  • Proven experience in gathering and transforming customer/business needs into an actionable product roadmap, and those product roadmaps into product requirements
  • Ability to understand business objectives and stakeholder needs and translate them into solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to bring early-stage products to market through creative problem solving, ruthless focus on minimum viable product, and an ability to foster engagement with early adopters
  • Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others both inside and outside of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable and effective interacting with senior management, customers and end-users, from small settings to large events, including public speaking
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global team, effectively use video calls, conference calls, etc.
  • Knowledge / experience with various industries, including but not limited to, financial services, retail, government, casinos, hospitality and entertainment, healthcare, education, oil & gas/Utilities, and transportation
