As we grow in scope and ambition in 2019, we are looking for a highly skilled engineer who will be responsible for integrating cutting-edge deep learning components into extensible pipelines for PoC demonstrations, benchmarking and QA.

You are:

A talented and motivated engineer with a strong interest in development and building software systems. You have completed a degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. You can adapt to new environments and solve new problems quickly. You are adept at producing innovative solutions based on real-world product requirements. You have strong communication and social skills.

You will:

Be responsible for the integration of deep learning components into pipelines suitable for PoC demos and benchmarking. You will be required to work closely with researchers and developers to understand and implement tools to meet demands both internally and externally.

You will also be expected to assess deep learning pipelines and provide benchmarks, validation and QA results to research and development teams. This role will provide the opportunity to work on innovative new data analytics features using underlying components and pipelines.


Must have skills:

  • Strong ability in C++ and Python
  • Experience with software development practices e.g. debug tools, agile, design patterns
  • A bachelors degree or higher in a relevant engineering or mathematical field.
  • Scripting and prototyping experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with source control and collaborative development tools
  • Good English

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with parallel programming and GPU programming (e.g. CUDA) is desirable.
