About The Position


AnyVision, a world-leading computer vision company that provides unique technology in the advanced face recognition field is looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join our support team.

In this role you will Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.

Customer configuration of Anyvision solutions

Providing technical support and troubleshooting Anyvision's products.

Understanding and documenting the customer's requirements, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements


  • Previous Experience in tier 1/2 Or Technical support - Must
  • Knowledge in Linux- Advantage
  • Docker, IP cameras + VMS systems and bash scripting – Advantage
  • Networking protocols - CCNA /CCNP / MS – Advantage
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Highly service oriented - Must
  • Fluent English - Must
