About The Position

AnyVision is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 to solve real-world problems.

We are a rapidly growing company seeking a talented and experienced person (located in São Paulo, Brazil) to join our Global Support team as Support Engineer in São Paulo.

Our Global Support Unit consists of highly skilled, talented and creative people, and you will become a part of a fun and dynamic company.


 You are:

Someone with proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details. You are a team player, and all about working together and sharing ideas!

You will:

  • Become a focal point for Tier 1 technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AnyVision's products.
  • Provide customer configuration of AnyVision solutions.
  • Understand and document the customer's requirements, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.


  •   You have previous experience of 5 years in support positions.
  •   You are willing to work in shifts -minimum 5 shifts per week, working hours: 10am to 7pm (Brasilia time zone) Monday to Friday.
  •  You have a deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating system – A Must !
  • You have project management skills.
  •  You are highly service-oriented - A Must!
  • You have experience in a technical field- Advantage.
  • You have knowledge in: Mongo DB, networking- Advantage.
  •  You experienced with docker, IP cameras + VMS systems and bash/shell scripting – Advantage.
  •  You are independent, fast-thinker who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  •  You have fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.



It would also be nice if you have:

  • Bachelor's, Computer science/Engineering degree.
  • Certification of networking protocols - CCNA /CCNE /CCNP .
