About The Position

AnyVision, is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, first founded in 2015 in order to solve real-world problems.

We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join our “A(i)” support team.

Our support team consists talented people, and requires highly technical skills, who are able to read and analyze complex situations on the go, own a customer-success attitude and functioning seamlessly under stressful situations. 

You are:

People and service oriented, strong in all forms of communications and have a strong technical background. You love being thorough in everything you do and have a natural “ownership” approach.

You will:

  • Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Do Customer configuration of Anyvision solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Anyvision's products.
  • Documenting the customer's requirements, managing expectations, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • You previously worked in similar role (support, system, networking etc.)– At least for 2 years.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • You must be service oriented
  • Though this is not a shift position, having the flexibility and ability to work outside of typical hours is necessary for critical customer issues
  • At least 2 years of experience in Linux OS and knowledge of basic scripting
  • Previous experience with Networking protocols - CCNA, CCNP, MS


It will also be nice if:

  • You have a previous experience with Docker, IP cameras + VMS systems and bash scripting
