About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of growing and nurturing the partner network and accelerating sales through partner channels. You will be the primary business contact for AnyVision in APAC, collaborating with partners to help develop pipeline and guide and close deals.

As a Channel Manager, you will be in close interaction with AnyVision teams like Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Technical, etc., to promote close collaboration between partners and guide joint deal wins. You'll develop and own the partner strategy in the region and guide the enablement and development of partners to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage channel partner relationships and sales activities in the APAC region to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute joint business plans and strategies to increase revenue on our technology and ensure partner commitment and engagement.
  • Create go-to-market strategies with the partners by promoting co-marketing opportunities and programs.
  • Meet or exceed planned quarterly and annual targets for channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends in the region and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness both within partner organizations and to end users through partners.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Work with presales and post-sales technical/delivery teams to support and enable partners to sell and implement AnyVision technology.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ channel experience in building and expanding relationships with partners in the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and collections goals through partners in the APAC region.
  • Experience in strategic planning, go-to-market strategy, and implementation.
  • Previous experience in bid management and complex contract negotiation, with the ability to write effective business proposals.
  • Proven success working in a start-up environment and/or new market category.
  • Understanding of enterprise software is required; experience in AI and computer vision technologies is a plus
