About the role

As a U.S. Federal Business Development Manager at AnyVision, you will be responsible for putting AnyVision’s technology in front of U.S. federal government and defense organizations, while developing and maintaining senior level relationships with various Departments and Agencies and partners or system integrators (Sis) within the U.S. Federal market.

Where necessary, you will work with key Federal SIs on a programmatic level focusing on major programs to bolster our reach and engagement with Federal agencies

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise-level software sales to the U.S. government, and a strong understanding of the technologies, solutions, and vendors that are often selected to deliver these capabilities to U.S. public sector organizations.

This person will be able to build and maintain robust pipeline, identify and shape opportunities; create, manage and implement account plans; articulate and generate consensus for strategic vision, competitive intelligence, investments, business cases and mutual activity plans within the Federal space. 

Requirements

Key responsibilities

·        Set and create a strategic sales plan for delivering consistent growth for AnyVision within the U.S. Federal government and defense space

·        Aggressively, build and maintain accurate and robust pipeline by engaging relevant agencies, departments and partners

·        Identify and qualify new business opportunities that are consistent with strategic priorities in a manner that takes full advantage of the entire company’s unique capabilities and differentiators to meet specific use cases

·        Identify opportunities to partner with other companies in the space and grow relationships in order to increase awareness of AnyVision’s unique differentiators and how they can be leveraged to win Federal opportunities

·        Be active in the market, aware of trends and regulations, and become a strong representative of our organisation, using your knowledge of the Federal consulting space to position for growth and success


Qualifications

·        7+ years and proven track record of success in building US Government relationships

·        5+ years and proven track record of large-scale enterprise sales to government or commercial institutions, with familiarity with federal procurement process and regulations

·        Proven success breaking into new accounts and building territories from the ground up in a start-up environment and/or new market category

·        Previous experience in bid management and complex contract negotiation, with the ability to write effective business proposals

·        Security clearance preferred
