The outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role

within AnyVision is the tip of the spear for all the Business Unit. As an Sales development representative, you will be working in regional based role where

your job will entail as much research and prospecting as it does execution. Our ideal rep will be able to decipher from a list of accounts and prospects, what

companies (and who within the companies), have the highest chance of converting into closed/won business by cold calling, emailing and social selling. The opportunities you uncover will build pipeline for our Regional Sales Managers, and the company.

This is a new role to be the first outbound rep on the Anyvision EMEA team purely focused on Eastern European accounts. You’ll be helping deliver on a new strategy within the business focusing on our key verticals and territories.


·      Prospect through all relevant channels to make contact with our target buyer personas

·      Update and Add account and contact data

·      Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management.

·      Maintain excellent data hygiene in Salesforce

·      Respond to all MQL's to ascertain interest and direct towards SQL

·      Follow up on all marketing led activity to target accounts that will showcase Anyvision solutions

·      Perform remote demo’s and be able to comfortably talk across the Anyvision portfolio

·      Book Demos for the Pre-Sales Team

·      Prospect and document key findings for RSM’s to increase their conversion rate

·      Assist in follow-up activities related to specific marketing campaigns, webinars and trade shows.

·      Utilize industry tools such as Salesforce, Navigator, etc


·      2+ years of previous sales development, inside sales, or outbound sales experience in software.

·      Fluent in English and Polish or Czech

·      Skilled in making Outbound calls and consistent qualification of opportunities

·      Ability to conduct BANT with ease and good understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC

·      Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in relevant markets.

·      Proven ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Sales acumen and exceptional work ethic

·      Proven time-management ability, self-motivated and results driven
