Our VP Global Sales needs to be a company leader, not just a sales leader. We expect our VP Global Sales to shepherd our most important strategic resource: a winning strategy and pipeline.

Requirements

You will:

Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and communications Drive revenue growth with targets of $12M-15M USD in 2021, $35M in 2022, and $72M-$75M in 2023. Develop growth strategies with the senior leadership team Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth Build and develop a team that can tell our story and sell with a unified sales paradigm and narrative. Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals Ability to open markets creatively with an emphasis on U.S./North America. Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning Leverage customer research to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning Oversee all Channel/Partner Development -- adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners.


Qualifications

High integrity, ambitious, and proven revenue leader with understanding of enterprise software sales (precise/AI domain experience is a plus). 10+ years executive level experience in Enterprise software / SaaS companies with HW/SW driving revenue growth. Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships Familiarity with chip manufactures such as Nvidia or Qualcomm is a plus. Demonstrable experience designing and/or identifying repeatable and scalable growth.
