We are a fast growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join our business unit as Sales Commission Analyst.

You are;

  • An experienced, proactive and adaptable professional with strong stakeholder management.
  • A conscientious with sharp attention to detail and with the ability to highlight anomalies and inconsistencies in the data you work with.
  • Capable of juggling multiple priorities with the ability to deliver accurate commissions calculations and performance reporting, high quality and on time. 
  • You are highly organised and process orientated and work to continually improve tools, reporting and governance.

You will:

  • Be responsible for calculating and preparing Commissions for all participants under the Global Sales Compensation Policy.
  • You will also be a accountable for the design, documentation, roll out of the Policy.
  • You’ll engage with different business stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Commercial, Sales Operations and HR to make sure the scheme is fit for purpose and aligned to achieve Company’s business goals and strategy.
  • Own the processing and preparation of all commissions payments as per the schedule, plan matrix and commissions rules.
  • Produce and issue commissions statements for all sales quota bearing heads, globally.
  • Revenue reconciliations, accruals and monthly/quarterly payout preparation and submission.
  • Set up of participant quotas, territories, positions and plans based on corporate plan design and managed account list.
  • Make recommendations to the overall setting of the Global Compensation Strategy.
  • Roll out the Commission Plan(s) across all sales channels including training and communications.      
  • Manage a single source of truth for all participants of the Sales Compensation Policy and track the commission pay forecast remains within budget.
  • Maintain appropriate governance and ensure the right controls are in place to support effective adherence and administration of the Policy. This extends to running the Management Review Board, scheduling, format, process and analysis.
  • Timely production of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Performance Reporting.
  • Manage validity and acceptance of Individual IC Schedules


Requirements

  •  You have 2+ years’ experience of commissions processing and administration.
  •  You have 2+ years’ experience of Sales Compensation Planning cycle in a SaaS / Software Company.
  • You have previous knowledge of commissions scheme design and policy documentation.
  • You have previous experience of implementing a new commission system.
  • You have a finance background and or qualifications
