We are a fast-growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join us as Pre-Sale Engineer for the Defense division in IL.

You will: 

• Lead Pre-sales activities from early engagement with Defense oriented customers, and Industries while working closely with the Sales team and company internal teams for building end-to-end intelligent solutions that fit customers’ requirements

• Lead the solution process, from initial analysis of understanding customers’ needs and requirements gathering, through tailoring the technological solution, leading marketing and pricing strategies, while understanding the competitive landscape Working in a cross organization matrix structure including R&D, Product Management, Project Management and other internal teams.

• Manage Customer-facing activities, including facilitation of commercial and technical sessions, confirming customer requirements, and presentations of our wide portfolio of intelligent solutions.

• Arrange site visits and lead product solution demonstration and Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle.

• Identify project proposal requirements and engage others for additional support, as needed

• Prepares outbound detailed technical and commercial proposals.

• Interact with onsite sales team as well as client on daily/weekly basis to gather requirements/ provide updates.

• Coordinate with decision makers to translate business questions into point of view solutions for client needs.

• Work hands-on across various analytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems that we are solving for.


• You Hold B.A. /B.S. degree Preferred engineering or computer science major.

• 3+ years Presales/Sales experience in a Defense oriented industry. 

• Knowledge in relevant technologies: Defense Electro-Optics - sensors and different wavelengths/day-night (mandatory) , Commercial cameras – CCTV, wearable and other sensors, Surveillance/Defense industry, Video algorithms – legacy and AI.

• Knowledge in HW, SWaP tradeoffs, FPGAs, Chips. 

• An autodidact tech-savvy professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new technologies.

• Writing comprehensive technical and marketing documents in English & Hebrew.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. 

• Languages: High level English - mandatory. Additional Languages advantage.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
