AnyVision is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, founded in 2015 to solve real-world problems.

We are a fast-growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced person to join us as Commercial Director for the Defense division in IL.

Our company consists charismatic people with highly technical skills, who are able to read and analyse complex situations on the go, own a customer-success attitude and functioning seamlessly under stressful situations. 

You are:

Excellent in driving results in a matrix-structured organization, People oriented, strong in all forms of communications and driven by success. You love being thorough in everything you do and have a natural “ownership” approach.

You will: 

• Manage the Defense division commercial strategies and execution. 

• Direct and hands-on leading of opportunities at all sale-cycle phases. Close support to BizDef’s and RSM’s.

• Work with Legal, Finance, Product and other company stakeholders.

• End-to-end commercial management of global opportunities, delineation, and realization.

• Advising business development and sales leaders and supporting them on various occasions in the commercial aspects.

• Support from Lead/Opportunity to PO and contract. From negotiation to pricing, bidding, T & C's, payment terms and post sales follow-up.

• Be customer facing and active. 

• Responding to tenders, contacting new customers, initiating projects and working closely with the business development team and the marketing team at the company.

• Support the sale operations and financing officers, SF, milestones and invoicing. 

• Lead commercial teaming, negotiating and contracting with partners and customers. 

Requirements

 • 5 years experience in international commercial management and sales operations, in the HLS, and Defense, Industries and Governments, with experience in software and Licenses sales model.

• Experience in contract negotiations, tender response. Quotations and deal review with complex pricing models.

• Experience with structuring commercial partnerships of Integrators, OEM’s, Resellers etc.

• Experienced negotiator with a ‘Business maker’ attitude. 

• Experience with SFDC.

• Willingness to fly from time to time.

• You must be fluent in English.
